Cream of Vegetable Soup

Ingredients:
Cauliflower 1/4 Carrot 1 Beans 4 Peas 1/2 cup Milk 2 cups Ghee 3 tbsp Water 1 cup Onion 1 Garlic 4 cloves Salt 3/4 tsp Pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Directions:
Chop cauliflower and beans into small bits. Grate carrot , shell the peas . Keep aside 4 tbsp of the vegetables aside and fry it in 1 tbsp of ghee slightly add a pinch of salt and pepper powder.This is the garnish. Heat the remaining ghee chopped onion and garlic and fry till light brown in color. Add maida (1/2 tbsp) and fry till the raw smell disappears. Add milk, water, salt, pepper and vegetables and simmer till the vegetables are cooked. Puree when cold. To serve heat the soup. In each cup put 1/2 tbsp of the garnish, Keep aside and pour hot soup over it. Sprinkle a little cheese.
